- What is contractor coordination (CAE) software?
- It is a tool that centralizes and automates the management of occupational health and safety documentation when several companies operate at the same workplace. It allows you to collect, validate and monitor the validity of documents from workers and concurrent companies, subcontractors and suppliers, in compliance with article 24 of Spanish Law 31/1995 and Royal Decree 171/2004.
- How does SimplifyCAE pre-validate OHS documentation?
- When you upload a document, or a PDF with several mixed documents, the AI splits them, recognises the type of each one, extracts the key data and checks validity dates and mandatory fields. That leaves each document pre-validated, but none counts as accredited until the technician confirms it. If the AI cannot pre-validate something (low confidence, missing data or an unidentified worker), it shows the technician the reason.
- Which OHS documents can the AI recognize and pre-validate?
- Medical fitness certificates, occupational risk prevention training, risk assessments, delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE), TC2 or nominal list of workers, civil liability insurance and most documents commonly used in contractor coordination.
- Does SimplifyCAE replace the prevention technician?
- No. SimplifyCAE automates the repetitive work (classifying, reading and checking validity dates), but the technician keeps their professional judgement: the AI pre-validates and the technician confirms or rejects every document. None counts as accredited without their confirmation.
- Is it secure and GDPR compliant?
- Yes. Every document is encrypted with AES-256-GCM by the application itself before it is stored, so the storage provider never holds it in plain text, and personal data (tax IDs, emails and phone numbers) is stored encrypted. Connections are encrypted with TLS, access is controlled by role and workplace, and an audit log is kept. The platform has been designed in line with the GDPR and Spanish data protection law.
- Is there a trial version?
