The CAE software built by and for prevention professionals

Who we are

SimplifyCAE is a product developed by ALIARIX TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., a technology company based in Madrid (Spain) specialized in document management software and AI automation for the occupational risk prevention field.

Our team combines experience in software development, information security and day-to-day knowledge of contractor coordination, to build a tool that solves real problems for technicians and coordinators.

The problem we solve

Document management in OHS and contractor coordination is manual, repetitive and error-prone: documents mixed in PDFs, validity periods that expire without warning and hours lost classifying and verifying documentation from workers and concurrent companies.

SimplifyCAE automates that work with AI: it recognises, classifies and pre-validates the documentation, and the technician confirms it, with their professional judgement and the final say.

How we work

• AI + human judgment: artificial intelligence automates the repetitive work and pre-validates each document; the technician confirms or rejects it, and none counts as accredited without their confirmation.
• Security by design: documents encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored, encrypted personal data and GDPR compliance from day one.
• Collaborative management: partner companies provide their documentation and their workers'; the coordinator oversees everything from one place.
• No filler features: we build what real OHS operations need.

Who SimplifyCAE is for

Occupational risk prevention technicians, health and safety coordinators, external prevention services, advisory firms and companies that must coordinate documentation from subcontractors and concurrent companies.
