Who we are

SimplifyCAE is a product developed by ALIARIX TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., a technology company based in Madrid (Spain) specialized in document management software and AI automation for the occupational risk prevention field.

Our team combines experience in software development, information security and day-to-day knowledge of contractor coordination, to build a tool that solves real problems for technicians and coordinators.

The problem we solve

Document management in OHS and contractor coordination is manual, repetitive and error-prone: documents mixed in PDFs, validity periods that expire without warning and hours lost classifying and verifying documentation from workers and concurrent companies.

SimplifyCAE automates that work with AI: it recognizes, classifies and validates documentation, while the technician keeps professional judgment and the final say over critical documents.
