- Can I change plan?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes apply immediately and the amount is prorated; switching from yearly to monthly applies when the paid year ends.
- What happens if I reach the project limit?
- Only active projects count: archiving a finished one makes it read-only and frees its slot. If you need more, you can add a project pack without changing plan or move to the next plan. We warn you before you reach the limit.
- Is there a lock-in period?
- No. You can cancel anytime from your control panel. There are no penalties or hidden costs.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Do you offer discounts for NGOs or non-profit organizations?
